AI Auto-tagging on Assets

Let's explore the AI Auto-Tagging capability, its primary application, and how to implement it in your Asset Libraries.

AI Auto-Tagging is an automated process that generates tag suggestions and intelligently categorizes your assets. This functionality is accessible in our Asset Libraries. The AI-driven Auto-Tagging significantly reduces the manual effort required to properly label assets within the system. This service utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition technology.

Auto-Tagging conducts a comprehensive analysis of each asset in a folder when activated. Based on the results, it adds suggested metadata tags to the asset. Compatible file formats for Auto-Tagging include: PNG, JPG, TIF, TIFF, JPEG, PSD, PSB, SVG, WebP, HEIF, HEIC, MOV, and MP4. Baseline will continue to check periodically for any new assets in that folder and tag them accordingly.

Setting up Auto-Tagging when Creating a New Folder

When creating a new folder in a Brand Asset Library, by clicking "New Folder" in the top-right corner, you'll be presented with a modal. At the bottom of that modal you should see the option to activate auto-tagging. Click on it to activate.

Enabling Auto-Tagging for existing Folders.

To enable auto-tagging for an existing folder, start by locating the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the folder you would like to enable it for. That will bring up a modal and at the bottom of that there is a toggle labelled "Enable Automated Tagging". Click on that to activate.
